Modify the default file encoding of IntelliJ IDEA

There are two ways to modify the file encoding of IntelliJ IDEA (the IDE version is 14.1.4)

File->Settings->Editor->File Encodings The file encoding method modified in this way only works on the current project, each time a new one is created The encoding method needs to be reset after the project.
File->Other Settings->Default Settings->Editor->File Encodings , the default file encoding method is set here, and all new projects use the default file encoding method.
