A quick way to count duplicate data in a column in EXCEL

There is a function in excel:

=IF(COUNTIF($A$2:A2,A2)>1,"repeat","")     


where A represents the number of the column, and 2 represents the repetition two above the first cell of this column The word means that if two columns are repeated, the second repeated place, such as in column B, will display the word repeated.

Step
1:   Open excle, copy the data to a certain column, as shown below, copy it to column A , then A in the function represents column A.




Step 2 : Enter a remark in the B1 position of column B, enter the above function in cell B2, pull down the button in the lower right corner of column B2, drag it down, and you can see As shown above, the repeated content will be displayed when it appears for the second time
