1. Go to "Control Panel" --> "Administrative Tools" --> "Local Security Policy" --> "Security Options" 2. Find "Network Access: Sharing and Security Mode for Local Accounts" in the right window 4. Modify it to: "Classic...." 5. Then go to My Computer, enter the "Security" tab of the Disk Properties window, click "Add", click "Advanced", click "Find Now", select "Administrators", "everyone" and Users" etc. assign "Full Control" permissions to the "Administrators" group "Users" group or use the default 6. Click "Apply" to restore 7. The same is true for other disks
