2016 personal summary

The personal summary was only written in mid-January. When I wrote this manuscript, I felt that if I wanted to succeed, I really needed too much effort.

      1. Pause button for training career

In 2016 I went through a low point in my life and came out of it...Thanks to everyone, I have grown a lot.

      2. Re-start the journey of the starting point

I have set foot on a new company and worked hard with the company. In fact, I have achieved a lot of results in the past six months. I am very grateful to my team and my leader for their support. My team trusts my ability and I can bring them. Higher level, so in terms of execution, the entire team has reached a higher level. In terms of their personal height, they have also done things they have never dared to try and achieved initial success. I hope that the team members can get the results they want and get the improvement they want in their abilities.

      3. The perception of management career

Technology is always better than management, and people are always more difficult to do. In this position, there are expectations of the leader above, and expectations of team members below. How to make all stakeholders achieve satisfactory results may be my 16 years of thinking. One thing, how to maintain the interests and expectations of everyone is also something I often think about. It is impossible for everyone to be satisfied. I am always striving for the best way, the best result I can achieve, and make the department bigger Be strong and do your own thing.

Fourth, the adjustment of the organizational structure

When I was in the old company, the organizational structure was basically adjusted once a year, but it had little impact on me. Now the organizational structure is changing very fast. I really feel the impact on middle and senior managers. Quickly adapting to the needs of the new architecture and how to better meet the requirements of the new architecture for the team are things that have been considered a lot recently.

In 16 years, I feel that I have grown up again. Not to mention my real age, everyone thinks I am 82. It may be because I have experienced too many things, and I have sharpened myself even older. Managers spend most of their time in Thinking, planning, and adapting your thinking and planning to the current company development planning and department planning. This is my biggest insight in the second half of 2016. The insight in the first half of the year is that life will never be smooth sailing. I hope my team can thank me in 2017, just this one, I think I'm worth it.
