The classes directory under web-inf generally stores the class files of the program.
The normal eclipse view cannot see this folder, you need to switch the view to Navigator (Window->show view->navigator).
(It is recommended not to put some configuration files in the classes directory, because when developing with integrated tools such as eclipse, this directory must be updated every time the project is built.)
