The reason why the service is banned when using dubbo
Forbid consumer 10.0.1.158 access service com.esteel.account.service.ScmEgesyslogService from registry 10.0.1.220:2181 use dubbo version 2.5.3,
Please check registry access list (whitelist/blacklist).
Either the method name conflicts, or the version number is added when the service is registered, which is inconsistent with the currently used dubbo, or it is prohibited in the console

Adding version='1.1.1' here results in an error
