Command netstat -ano  to view all ports

Command netstat -ano|findstr 80  to view port 80

If it is found that the 80 disconnection is occupied by the process with the pid of 4, the use is as follows

Command netsh http show servicestate  to view the current http service status

Close unnecessary processes.
