It combines the advantages of physical machines and cloud servers to achieve super-strong and super-stable computing capabilities. The Dragon Cloud Server adopts the virtualization 2.0 technology independently developed by Alibaba Cloud, so that the Dragon Cloud Server has the flexibility and experience of ordinary cloud servers, as well as the high computing performance and complete features of physical machines, and at the same time has the advantage of physical level isolation, truly achieving There is zero competition for resources.

Dragon Cloud Server has four outstanding highlights: extreme performance, confidential computing, second-level delivery, and interconnection with Alibaba Cloud's full-station cloud products.

As a cloud elastic computing product, Dragon Cloud Server achieves the ultimate performance and isolation at the physical machine level in the current generation, and enables customers to monopolize computing resources without virtualization performance overhead and feature loss. Alibaba Cloud's official website shows that it supports 8-core, 16-core, 32-core, 64-core, 96-core and other specifications, and supports ultra-high frequency instances. Taking an 8-core product as an example, the Dragon Cloud server instance supports ultra-high frequency up to 3.7GHz-4.1GHz, which maximizes the performance and response of games and financial services. In terms of security, in addition to the physical isolation feature, in order to better protect the data security of customers on the cloud, the Dragon Cloud Server adopts the chip-level trusted execution environment (Intel SGX), which can ensure that encrypted data can only be encrypted in a safe and trusted manner. computing in the environment. 此前,IaaS层计算产品形态主要分为裸金属物理机和云服务器两大类。两者在计算性能,管理运维方面各有优势,又都存在不足。神龙云服务器则兼顾了物理机的性能优势、完整特性和云服务器的管理便利、价格优势,它的推出进一步解决客户对高性能计算的强需求,更好地帮助客户搭建新型混合云。

神龙云服务器不仅具有虚拟机的灵活性和弹性,同时具备物理机的一切特性和优势,因此也具备再次虚拟化的能力,线下的专有云均可无缝平移到阿里云上,而不用担心嵌套虚拟化带来的性能开销,为客户上云提供一种新途径。

针对高性能计算场景,阿里云也将推出基于神龙云服务器的超级计算集群(SuperComputer Cluster)服务产品,在集群内,各节点间高带宽低延迟的RDMA 网络互联,保证了高性能计算应用需求的高度并行效率。同时,RoCE(RDMA over Convergent Ethernet)网络速度达到Infiniband 网络的性能,且能支持更广泛的基于Ethernet的应用。基于神龙云服务器构建的SCC集群,和阿里云ECS,EGS等计算类产品一起,为阿里云弹性高性能计算平台E-HPC提供了堪比超算中心的并行计算资源,使云上超算真正实现。

在售卖方式上,和其它产品保持一致,支持秒级计费的按量付费和包年包月付费两种模式。同时,秒级交付的特性将更好地满足大中型企业的高性能弹性计算的需求。
