When configuring the JAVA environment variables, the system environment variables were "mistakenly deleted". I found a solution on Baidu, all of which are to find systempropertiesadvanced.exe in the system directory and manually execute it and add relevant system environment variables. But my situation is a bit special, I can't add system environment variables at all after doing it manually. So I thought of the last solution:
Restart the computer, press F8, select Last Known Good Configuration
Then, I found the system environment variables in "Advanced System Settings". O(∩_∩)O haha~
