Design is a corporate culture

What is culture? I really think it is very deep. The following is the content of the ferry:

Culture is the meaning system of the relationship between people, people and nature, and people and concepts (Luo Hongguang, 2014). Different from the existence of nature, culture specifically refers to all "man-made facts", which can be inherited and spread, and is the only channel for human communication, and it is also the essential characteristic of human beings. People who identify with a certain culture form cohesion and at the same time have exclusivity. Therefore, culture is a mechanical phenomenon whose binding force lies in regulating individuals, and individuals can express and amplify themselves through culture.

Something like a book. Therefore, I have always felt that the corporate culture has nothing to do with myself.

My recent work practice suddenly gave me an understanding of corporate culture, only to realize that it has a huge impact on individuals.

The reason is simple. The software engineering theory that my previous company pursued in product development is completely absent in the new company. And my mode of thinking is to design first and then develop, and manage products in a unified manner. The overall development process of the new company is to subcontract tasks and then manage them on their own. The company also tried to change, but the inertia created by previous developments made it difficult.

From this, I thought of corporate culture. What is culture, its essence is a habit. According to this idea, the content is as follows:

Yu Qiuyu said: The spiritual value and way of life that have become habits are culture.

Now look at culture and how each of us lives, works, and so on. A staff member will be affected by the operating habits of the enterprise itself, and become accustomed to it.

Back to the topic, if the software company itself pursues strict R&D management, the company will definitely form a corporate culture of software design. vice versa. Once a culture is formed, it will be difficult to change it.
The key to the formation of corporate culture lies in the management methods, company systems and leadership styles of the company's leadership. Corporate culture directly affects employees' daily work patterns and work habits.

In conclusion, software design is not only the basic means of software development, but also forms a corporate culture.
