eclipse configure web and JavaEE plugin

1. Help-> Install new software->add
Luna - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/luna

2. Select the following under Web, Xml, Java EE and OSGi Enterprise Development to install
Eclipse Java EE Developer Tools
Eclipse Java Web Developer Tools
Eclipse Web Developer Tools
JST Server Adapters
JST Server Adapters Extensions

3. Restart eclipse, and see the new Tomcat menu under Window->preferences
