plsql Developer logs in to oracle and an initialization error occurs

Reason: plsql does not have 64-bit, and 32-bit plsql will report an error when it connects to 64-bit oracle
. Solution: Download the instant client
address from the official website of oracle: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/features/instant-client /index-097480.html?ssSourceSiteId=ocomenChoose the

corresponding version to download

and download and complete the decompression to the local directory
as shown in the figure: The red one is the file we need to replace. After the

decompression is complete, open plsql

OK: OK to restart, there is instantclient_11_2 in the attachment , note that the database name needs to be entered in 127.0.0.1/orcl format
