Scrum
Rugby terminology, which means the action of "fight for the ball". Everyone is as fast as playing rugby, full of fighting passion, and everyone competes with each other to complete it. Scrum is such a development process, with which you can see how your team is working efficiently.
The three roles of Scrum
Product Owner
Process Manager (Scrum Master)
Development Team (Scrum Team)
Process (personal combing, there may be errors)
(1) Develop Product Backlog
( 2 ) Open a Sprint Planning Meeting and Scrum Team to determine the priority story and development time, this is called Sprint Backlog
(Note: Sprint means short-distance race, which refers to an iteration)
(3) The Scrum Team assigns the Sprint Backlog to the Scrum Team Developer and formulates the Daily Scrum
(4) Present in the daily Daily Scrum meeting
what i've dong yesterday
what i'll finish today
(5) After periodic iteration, until the story is completed, continue to the next story
