    Having experienced the management and launch of my first project, there are many deficiencies and problems, but I can grow without fear of failure and criticism.
    I just started to work on the overall development of a project, with the guidance of colleagues and seniors, but in the actual development process, I still need my own efforts. 1. Always consider the problem as a whole.
    I think the biggest problem encountered in the project is not my lack of experience or lack of technical ability. The biggest problem is my attitude. Some other problems, this attitude caused a lot of troubles and problems in the process of my own project.
    If you just do your own thing well, you will never grow up, or even your own basic work can’t be done well, because you can’t be the only one doing any function or any job, especially when it’s done through teamwork. Your work will definitely be interrelated with each other, and one of your functions may affect the functions of others; all, even if it is just a development work, you should pay attention to the overall consideration, not to mention, you should also be in the overall project management. exercise yourself. This is the problem that I didn't have the right attitude at the beginning, and also the problem that I was too cautious and timid.

2. Always pay attention to reporting on
    our current team model. Everyone is scattered in different customers and different teams. Leaders will regularly care about the work of employees and the progress of projects. It is necessary to do basic reporting, especially Major problems or problems that cannot be solved by themselves should be reported regularly and in a timely manner.
    During the process of the project, the project report was not done well, so sometimes the leader needs to come over and ask how far your work has progressed. Especially when there is a problem, you like to solve it yourself, and you feel that if you throw the problem out, will the leader think that you are not capable? Due to this problem, my project was finally postponed for three days, which is a lesson for my own blood. Don't be afraid of communication, don't be afraid of problems, you can solve problems if you have them. One more person to participate in the discussion and one more solution will improve yourself.

3. Testing is the top priority of the project's success or failure.
    I have been developing myself, and I have some resistance to testing. So, there will be encounters that say, do not want to test. In fact, this is a personal problem, all developers, at least their own unit tests should be perfect. Our unit testing has not been done well. There will be a query condition input, no results or wrong results on the page, and sometimes serious errors will be reported. It really hits my confidence a lot. Some buttons don't work either. As a result, I only tested it by myself. For this reason, sometimes people who go to the customer testing department have to be humbled, mainly because they haven't done a good job. A test of blood lessons.

4. Arrange work for others. The goal should be clear and the standard should be clear.
    It is really the first time to arrange work. Sometimes you say vaguely, and the people who do the work are also vague. Finally, when you say that the work is not completed, the people who work Say it's done. It is also because their standards are not clearly defined, and the arguments of both parties are justified. I suffer a lot from this myself. Sometimes there is a problem with my personality, especially soft-hearted. If the work arrangement is continued, it is not completed. Work overtime, I can't bear it;
    And some seniors taught me that you can't criticize others face to face, and there are so many people. I also have to reflect on this point. In fact, everyone is a job, and there is nothing you have to criticize others for. The mentality is not good. Everyone works together to complete the work. You have to guide everyone to have standards for completing the work. He will know whether he needs criticism or not. This is where I need to practice, I will try my best.
