Overview

The human resource system is an important management tool for a company, and salary management is the core functional module of the human resource management system. It includes the salary standards and components of different employees, such as reward and punishment management, insurance and annual leave for employees. Necessary welfare benefits are managed in a unified manner and reflected in the salary details. AEAI HR can provide a summary function, one-click operation can summarize and calculate the salary details of each employee, including the number of leaves in the current month, the total number of leaves in the year, the number of monthly overtime, the total salary, the salary payable, the actual salary, etc. This article It mainly describes the processing mechanism of the salary summary function and the calculation method of the salary summary function.

Function introduction

The main interface of the salary summary function, as shown in the figure below, the salary management personnel can see the salary situation of all personnel, and can set the number of valid days. On the salary payment day, click the "Summary" button to automatically summarize the salary of all employees. Ordinary employees can only see their own salary information, and there are no management functions such as summary and approval.

All functional modules in AEAI HR are basically used to support salary management functional modules. The specific relationship diagram and introduction are as follows:

  1. Obtain basic welfare information of employees such as basic salary, performance salary, and subsidized salary from the basic information function module.
  2. Obtain the total number of leave days in the current month for each employee involved in salary calculation from leave management.
  3. Obtain the total number of overtime days in the current month for each employee participating in salary calculation from overtime management.
  4. Obtain the total attendance days of each employee participating in salary calculation in the current month from the attendance management.
  5. Obtain the total amount of rewards and penalties for each employee participating in salary calculation in the current month from the reward and punishment management.

Implementation mechanism

3.1  Field Description

The salary management fields are as follows:

After setting the valid number of days for the summary month, you can summarize the salary of the previous month (for example, if the current time is March 2017, you can summarize the salary of February 2017).

3.2  Calculation method

1. Total salary: basic salary + performance salary + subsidy;

2. Salary payable: Calculated from gross salary – insurance – personal income tax – provident fund;

3. Person-day cost: total salary / effective days;

4. 奖金:奖金计算方式:奖励 – 奖惩 + 满勤 – 超限;

奖惩表分为四个类型(惩罚、奖励、满勤、超限);

a) 惩罚:员工工作失职等原因的罚款;

b) 奖励:员工工作表现突出者的奖励;

c) 满勤:员工当月如果没有请假记录,自动生成一条满勤类型的记录,满勤额度在基本信息额度设定中维护。

d) 超限:员工当月假期抵扣为负数时,将假期抵扣数 * 人天费用,并自动生成一条超限类型的记录。

5. 实发工资:应发工资 + 奖金,注意:奖金有正有负。
