In the past five years, the company has also experienced various ups and downs, and gradually formed an industrial ecology with six major industries going hand in hand. What the company gives us is not only a job opportunity, but I think it is a platform with a broad space to shine. From the bottom of my heart, I truly love my work and put my work into it. Looking back on the past few years, I saw the achievements and found the shortcomings.
2013 was the first year I joined the company. I came into contact with the concept of e-commerce platform for the first time. I was full of curiosity and a learning attitude. I began to gradually understand business knowledge and related technologies. During this period, it happened that the company started to do the platform business, and experienced the C store business from scratch. During this period, through the joint efforts of the entire team, the business was finally launched in August.
In 2013, when Yu'e Bao was booming, the company set out to develop its own change product. Therefore, a group of people were dispatched from various R&D centers to engage in the research and development of this product, and I was fortunately among them. Since I have just joined the company for less than a year, I am only familiar with some simple businesses in e-commerce transactions, but I don't know much about the financial product business. But this is not a problem. I think as long as you are willing to learn, nothing can stop you. In the end, the entire Coin Treasure team worked overtime and overcame various difficulties, and the Coin Treasure project was launched as scheduled. Seeing that everyone is using Coin Coin now, I also feel proud as someone who has participated in the project.
In 2014, after the C store business was just launched, the main task of the year was the continuous optimization of the system and the iteration of the business. During this period, as the project team became larger and larger, the problem also followed.
○1 Hundreds of people are developing code in the same system, and the system is getting bigger and bigger. Sometimes it takes several minutes to start a service.
○2 Too many people develop a system, which often leads to incomplete code submission sometimes causing other people's system services to fail.

In this context, in order to solve the problems that existed at the time, the center began to gradually prepare for the segmentation of the system. Separate the individual modules of the SEL system as individual atomic services. These independent modules have gradually formed the current subsystems of commodities, transactions, inventory, logistics, promotion and so on.
In 2015, I began to contact two new businesses, overseas purchase and SWL. Overseas purchase means that overseas merchants provide domestic customers with overseas commodity purchase services through overseas direct mail, merchant bonded warehouses, and Suning bonded warehouses. SWL business means that Suning provides warehousing, distribution, logistics, after-sales and other services to merchants. Merchants only need to pay attention to the improvement of product quality and promotion activities.
In the same year, we also started the migration of the transaction system. We separated the transaction-related business from the SEL system and built a new MOMS (Merchant Order Management System). In the new system, we also use some commonly used technologies in the industry to solve the problems existing in the current system. Such as sub-database sub-table, data cache, read-write separation and other related technologies. System migration is complex and tedious, and we have learned lessons from it, and also summed up relevant experience. In general, the migration is still successful, and no backup plan is used to switch back to the original system.
In 2016 and 2017, we also participated in the design and development of the 4PS system, the daily development and system optimization of the SOMP supplier order management system. This stage is a process in which Suning's related technologies and systems gradually mature, and processes and development are gradually standardized. We can ensure the research and development of daily new business of the system, and can also ensure that the system can cope with various pressures of promotion. With more and more business data, the pressure on a single database can be relieved by increasing the number of sub-databases. For complex query business, you can use search, database combined with search, database to solve conventional queries, and search to solve unconventional queries. In 2017, I am mainly responsible for system optimization and project management related work, and slowly adapt to the change of roles.
