This is also the first project I did independently. The "Textile Factory Order Management System" developed for the company has successfully passed the company's evaluation today. , officially launched! The sense of achievement is full, the harvest is also a lot, and I want to share it with everyone.
Before I came to the company, I knew nothing about dyeing and textile production. In life, when we say someone is arrogant, we will say " give you three points of color, you will dare to open a dyeing workshop " . If a month ago I was an idiot in the dyeing workshop, now I am an apprentice. This is all thanks to the development of the " Textile Mill Order Management System " .
System development is difficult
The business department of our company used Access for data management. Different roles have different data files. A lot of data needs to be entered once by everyone, and repeated operations are serious; data cannot be managed by multiple people. Centralized management, in the management of customer orders, cloth casting, and cloth dyeing management, centralized reporting and analysis cannot be performed; Access is a stand-alone file. When customers handle business outside the factory, they cannot process business data in time, and must return to the factory for input, work efficiency low.
Be brave and give yourself a chance
Since our company does not have dedicated IT personnel, in order to solve the above problems, the leader asked me if I could develop a system. To be honest, I have no confidence in myself. Although I majored in computer science, I haven't really done a project. Our information center usually has a lot of miscellaneous things, and I don't know if I can pick it up. After all, it is necessary to understand business logic and processes on the one hand, and technical implementation on the other.
After thinking about it, I took the initiative to talk to the leader, expressed my desire to grow, and expressed my concerns. As a novice, can I develop an enterprise information system in a short period of time? Fortunately, the leader was very nice, affirmed me, and gave me a chance.
It is very important to choose tools, and the whole system development is completed in four steps
Just do it! I spent some time looking for tools on the Internet. The selection process was very interesting, and my goal was very clear: to quickly create a web system, to have a low threshold, and to be able to get started quickly.
Soon, I found a software, from download to trial, I quickly understood the usage of this web application tool, and started my development work. The whole process is roughly divided into the following four steps:
1. According to the overall business process, the data table is first designed with movable type: salesperson table, product table, customer table, category table, cylinder table, order table, order details table, outbound table, etc.
2. According to the new business process discussed by the department, draw the page table style and command of each process operation;
3. Set the loading order between pages and data query pages;
4. User management settings and page permission settings;
5. Application system release and management.
The application system was successfully launched, and I also went from a novice to a master in the department
After nearly a month of hard work, the developed order management system was successfully launched. The new system has greatly improved the work efficiency of my colleagues, and I no longer need to use cumbersome and difficult-to-manage Access files. My leaders and colleagues are impressed by me, and I am very happy.
I think if one day I become the factory manager, I can easily manage the entire factory area. Haha, stop daydreaming. The leaders now let me continue to develop some other systems with movable type.
