Persist in long-distance running to win

      2018 should be a very good year, leave yourself some advice at the beginning of this important year!
      Around the title, I would like to share my three true stories.
      1. When I was in my third year of high school, I participated in the 400-meter run in the school sports meeting. It was the first time to launch the 400-meter challenge with confidence, and I was excited and nervous! I have thought about every action of starting and sprinting a hundred times in my mind!
       When the starting pistol was fired, I ran away like an arrow from a bow. In the first 200 meters, I left the second place far behind by more than 10 meters. The students said excitedly that it was from our class! After 300 meters, I started to feel tired, and at 50 meters, I couldn't get up the speed no matter how hard I tried! The last 20 meters were surpassed by others. What an unforgettable feeling of helplessness! When I came back, the teacher said: "The explosive power is very good, but the endurance is not good!"
      2. When I was a freshman, I participated in the 400 meters again and learned the lesson from the last time. I meditated in my heart, not to do my best, the first 200 meters at a moderate speed, the 300 meters can slow down, and the 400 meters run with all my strength. The starting gun was fired again, and I faced it calmly. This time I made it to the finish line first! I open my hands and look up at the sky! It's a self-defeating victory.
      3. It may be that he performed well in the previous sports meeting, and he was recommended to participate in a 9.18 million-meter long-distance running as a sophomore! Many students came to cheer me on! It's really not going to die, this time it's a big embarrassment! Since I have never insisted on long-distance running, the result can be imagined, I ran the last place! When overtaken by the last person, that person was cheered by their cheerleaders as a hero! And I left silently without anyone to comfort me.
      Explosive power is good, endurance is not good! Maybe you feel that you have enough stamina, maybe you have used some skills to overcome some current challenges, but the stamina is not innate, how can you face the increase in life without lasting effort? How can you go far! The lower-level things are more important than the glitz on the surface. In 2018, I will learn to stick to long-distance running!
