1. Download webstorm software.

2. Install.
1. Run "WebStorm-2017.1.exe" to start the installation, click NEXT
2. Select the software installation directory
3. Check the Create WebStorm 2017 desktop shortcut, and choose whether to associate the file format below.
3. Registration certification
After the installation is complete, run the desktop shortcut, pop up the registration window, select Activate >> License Server >> enter " http://xidea.online ", and then click "Activete" to complete the certification.
4. Sinicization
The software defaults to the English interface. We open the "lib" folder in the installation directory, copy the Chinese patch "resources_cn.jar" into it, and change the Chinese package, which is available in the Baidu share link.
The default installation path is C:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\WebStorm 2017.1\lib.
