Meanwhile, CFOs cited "(4) cost" as a driver, with two related goals: "(6) reduce interaction with customers" and "(7) reduce manual work."
The “(6) Reduce interaction with customers” goal was shown to have a positive impact on the “(7) Reduce manual work” goal and may also have a negative impact on the “Customer Satisfaction” driver.
"(8) Assigning personal assistants" and "(9) Providing online portfolio services" are two alternative approaches to achieving portfolio management goals ((5) Improving portfolio management).
The second requirement also fulfills the principle "(10) The system should be customer-oriented", which in turn achieves the goal of "(6) Reduced interaction with customers".
(8) The first requirement indicates a negative impact on the principle "(10) The system should be customer-facing."
