Memories of dishes

With the passage of time and social changes, I have more recipes in my memory. In difficult times, the dishes at home were either boiled in clear soup or stir-fried casually, not to mention cooking, but later my parents also cooked some dark dishes. , I remember a few times during the New Year, wash the pork belly, stuff it with rice or chicken, maybe ham, it seems to be tied with a rope, tied to a chopstick to fix it, and then cooked and sliced, etc., but Now that I think about it, I have no memory of eating it, nor any taste. The impression that it can leave an impression is that the form is relatively full, the battle is relatively large, and the children are more fun to watch, and the impression that there is no taste should be a failure, it is definitely not delicious.

Later, it seems that my parents also gave up trying to make this kind of big dish, and turned to the natural and simple route. One way to eat it is to boil the pig's trotter. The fire was put on the pot. We used the stove every day in winter. The oil soup was boiled in the pot, and the cooked pig's trotters and vegetables (mainly Chinese cabbage at that time) were poured into the pot and eaten.

Dip it with oil and spicy dipping water, and dipping it in water is also particular. Usually, meat dishes are dipped in oil and spiced water, mussels (boiled in water) are dipped in water with Hu spicy sauce, and bean curd is dipped in Hu spicy mushrooms (transliteration, I don’t know what spices, I look Shihua felt that Xiangyu was very similar) dipped in water, because it was oil soup, so dipped in oil and spicy seeds.

This way of eating is similar to hot pot or hot pot. This way of eating also shows that life has changed. For children, it is not only delicious, but also very novel. Later, in the same way, I replaced it with mutton (which can be understood as the current mutton soup pot), beef, and some mint is added to the beef and mutton, which is delicious. All in all delicious, but the lamb is better.
