OpenNMS-Helm (Grafana plugin) installation and use

1. Install OpenNMS Helm (Grafana component)
1) Load resource location
yum install https://yum.opennms.org/repofiles/opennms-repo-stable-rhel7.noarch.rpm
rpm --import https://yum.opennms .org/OPENNMS-GPG-KEY

2) Install
yum install opennms-helm

3) Start
systemctl start grafana-server

4) Access the address
http://grafana-server:3000

2. Enable OpenNMS Helm
Plugins -> Apps -> OpenNMS Helm -> Enable

3. Configure
Data Sources

1) Alarm
Name: My First OpenNMS FM DS
Type: OpenNMS Faults

URL: http://opennms-server:8980/opennms
Access: proxy

Basic Auth: checked

User: admin
Password: admin

2) Performance
Name: My First OpenNMS PM DS
Type: OpenNMS Performance

URL: http://opennms-server:8980/opennms
Access: proxy

Basic Auth: checked

User: admin
Password: admin

4. Configure Dashboard
New Dashboard

1) Alarm
Select Alarm Table - > Click Panel Title -> Click Edit -> Select Metrics -> Data Source Select My First OpenNMS FM DS -> Back to dashboard -> Save and enter name

2) Performance
Select Grahp -> Click Panel Title -> Click Edit -> Select Metrics -> Data Source select My First OpenNMS PM DS -> Type select Attribute -> Click Node and select Device -> Click Resource and select Resource -> Click Attribute and select -> Select Aggregation as Average -> Back to dashboard -> Save And enter the name
