One-time solution to the problem of garbled characters in vscode output Chinese

I have been using vscode for several months. Before, every time I wanted to output Chinese, I needed to change some settings. I have not found a way to do it once and for all, but!! I found it today!! Not much to say, the picture above:

 

 

 Save the settings and restart vscode. After opening it again, it will look like the picture below
