The Ministry of Education has made a big move: the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and big data enter the national high school curriculum

On the morning of January 16th, the Ministry of Education held a press conference. Zheng Fuzhi, Assistant Director of the Ministry of Education Textbook Bureau, Wang Zhan, Chairman of the Basic Education Curriculum Textbook Expert Working Committee of the Ministry of Education, Director of the Basic Education Curriculum and Textbook Development Center of the Ministry of Education, and Basic Education of the Ministry of Education Tian Huisheng, Secretary General of the Curriculum and Textbook Expert Working Committee, Shen Jiliang, Inspector of the Teaching Materials Bureau of the Ministry of Education, Han Zhen, Secretary of the Party Committee of Beijing Foreign Studies University, and Head of the Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards Revision Team for ordinary high schools, and other experts attended the conference. Zheng Fuzhi introduced at the press conference that the Ministry of Education organized more than 260 experts to revise the curriculum plan of ordinary senior high schools and the curriculum standards of 14 subjects such as Chinese, which took 4 years to complete. It was reviewed and approved by the National Textbook Committee and issued at the end of 2017 , and will be implemented in the fall of 2018. In this "new curriculum standard" reform, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and big data processing were officially included in the new curriculum standard.

"When we revised, we were really trembling and very cautious. "Wang Zhan, chairman of the Ministry of Education's Basic Education Curriculum and Textbook Expert Working Committee, said at a press conference held by the Ministry of Education on the 16th that the newly revised plan has remained stable in terms of curriculum capacity; in terms of curriculum difficulty, three different courses have formed corresponding difficulty ladder.


"The academic quality standard divides academic quality into five levels to help teachers better grasp the teaching requirements and teach students in accordance with their aptitude." Zheng Fuzhi said that the academic quality requirements also provide an important basis for staged evaluation, academic proficiency tests and entrance examination propositions to promote Teaching, learning and examination are organically connected to form a joint force of education.


The core of the "new college entrance examination" admission model is "two bases and one reference" , which not only depends on the college entrance examination results and academic proficiency test results, but also refers to the development of students' comprehensive quality. In order to connect the curriculum plan and curriculum standards with the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, in the revised version of the plan, the content of high school learning is divided into compulsory courses, optional compulsory courses and elective courses.

高中信息技术必修课程是全面提高高中生信息素养的基础,包括“数据与计算”和“信息系统与社会”两个模块。


数据与计算:

(1)了解数据编码

(2)学会采集、分析、可视化数据

(3)学会一种程序语言,并使用程序语言完成简单的算法

(4)了解人工智能的重要性


信息系统与社会

(1)知道信息系统基本工作原理

(2)可以开发简单的信息系统

(3)判断安全风险,了解安全防范技术

(4)学会遵守相关法律和道德伦理规范


王湛介绍,必修课程根据学生全面发展需要设置,全修全考;选择性必修课程根据学生个性发展和升学考试需要设置,选修选考;选修课程由学校根据实际情况统筹规划开设,学生自主选择修习,可以学而不考或学而备考。相应的,共同必修课会控制难度,选择性必修课难度稍高,选修课则是让学生依据个人兴趣选择,一些学校还会开大学先修课程,其难度因人而异。

相比于 2003 版课标,此次公布的“新课标”中,在技术(信息技术和通用技术)上给予了学生更大的发展选择空间。可以看出,“新课标”大幅度减少了对于基本软件使用的要求,而大幅度提升了在编程、计算思维、算法方面的思维要求,以及人工智能、开源硬件、网络空间安全等知识面要求。

在教学内容上,修订后课程重视内容的与时俱进。它将党的十八大、十九大提出的重要思想、重要观点、重大判断、重大举措等,结合各学科的性质和特点,与课程内容有机融合。努力呈现政治、经济、文化、科技、社会、生态等发展的新成就、新成果。其中历史课程设置“改革开放新时期与中国特色社会主义进入新时代”专题;地理、生物、化学等课程要求学生树立“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念,树立人与自然和谐共生的观念;物理课程引导学生关注宇宙学研究新进展,开展引力波讨论活动等;信息技术、通用技术、数学等课程要求学生学习了解物联网、人工智能、大数据处理等相关内容。
