文件系统常见的有四种：FAT16、FAT32、NTFS、ExFAT。 虽然四种文件系统的存储方式和特性各不相同，但对于传输速度并不快的存储卡和U盘来说，实际传输性能却大同小异，理论测试数据相差不过1MB/s，长时间使用可能会有差别。因此，U盘使用何种文件系统的主要因素还是其容量及用途，下面就简单归纳总结下四种文件系统的优劣。
● FAT16：
优点：兼容性最好，某些数码设备可能对FAT32和NTFS格式的存储卡支持不太好，因此只能使用FAT16
缺点：最大仅支持2GB分区，空间浪费大
备注：赶紧看看U盘是不是FAT格式，如果是就改用FAT32吧
● FAT32：
优点：兼容性好
缺点：单个文件不能超过4GB，不支持512MB以下容量的U盘
备注：如果U盘容量达8GB以上，发现4GB文件拷不进去的话，可以考虑换用NTFS或ExFAT格式了
● NTFS：
优点：兼容性好，支持任意大小的U盘
缺点：会缩短闪存寿命
备注：反正U盘超便宜，不怕坏的朋友们使用NTFS其实挺好
● ExFAT：
优点：专为闪存和U盘设计，空间浪费小
缺点：兼容性差，XP和vista系统需要更新补丁才能支持
备注：很多人的电脑都不开自动更新，自然不支持ExFAT，准备好补丁文件吧

(2).之后打开我的电脑任意窗口，在左侧找到【组织】一项，点击倒三角，选择【文件夹和搜索选项】
(3).在“文件夹和搜索选项”对话框中，点击搜索标签，在【搜索内容】一栏中，选中“始终搜索文件名和内容（此过程可能需要几分钟）”，之后点【确定】保存。
关闭设置窗口后，在任意窗口右上角的搜索栏里，输入要搜索的文字信息，这里是搜索“超爱小朋友”，之后电脑自动进行查找。
