Online PDU format encoding/decoding

    Use GSM/GPRS AT command to send Chinese text messages. When using Chinese characters, you need to encode the text message into PDU format first, and then send it through commands such as AT+CMGS AT+CMGW. 
    Note: You need to set the GSM/GPRS module to PDU mode through the AT+CMGF=0 command first.
