In the past, I have been busy with laboratory assessment tasks, and after trying my best to complete my tasks. When I was about to start the high-intensity laboratory study, the laboratory organized an exchange meeting for new and old students. This should also be the first time to exchange ideas with the seniors at such a close distance. I feel that I have benefited greatly.
I have learned some RNs out of interest before, but I am limited to knowing some basic concepts, so I feel like everyone is learning the same new thing, and I don't think I have any advantages. The original learning experience just gave me the opportunity to broaden my horizons, but it has not yet reached the learning pace that I can easily handle the learning schedule arranged by the seniors. Especially in the process of communicating with others after entering the laboratory, I discovered my own shortcomings. Let me have a clearer understanding of my level.

The first impression of the seniors and sisters should be confidence. I can feel their confidence in their own abilities. For some seniors who have already entered the work, it is what I should learn to show the spiritual manifestation when it is really time to show their abilities. When they told us about the difficulties they encountered in their studies, even if they were helpless and distressed at the time, they would show a relaxed and peaceful look on their faces, talking about the previous difficulties with ridicule.
The senior said something that touched me very much: "Learn a language as long as you persevere and stick to it, and after the most difficult period, you will find that you have learned this language." After you have mastered the language, it will be easy to learn other things. There is a saying that makes sense: "What you can forget in college is knowledge and what you can't forget is skills." Learning is more important for one's own understanding of things rather than theory. After understanding it, master this kind of thinking. Other things will naturally be easier.
Before, because I felt that I had no direction in my studies, I had to figure out what and how to learn by myself. I often feel that I have no brains in my studies, and no one will judge me whether I have studied well or not after I finish my studies. As a result, I do not have a clear understanding of my own level, and I have been studying for a long time. Wide but shallow. It is easy to be swayed by the general trend. Looking back on my learning process, most of C, Python, JS, and PHP gave up halfway. As a result, I did not have a programming language that I could handle.
Interest is the best teacher. When interest drives you to study, it is your inner desire. Even if you encounter a big setback, you will go all out to face it and find your original intention to learn computer technology. Instead of using technology as a means of making a living.
Correct attitude, many people told me before that I was under too much pressure on myself and myself. Thinking about the pressure is a kind of motivation, but the excessive pressure does make me feel very hard, and I don’t feel happy when I learn something. Senior sister also said that too much pressure is counterproductive, so I have to slowly learn to regulate my pressure.
self-analysis
- Have a certain HTML, CSS, JS foundation, can independently complete some basic web development. JS learns ES5, which is different from ES6 for later development. Also because JS is the foundation of RN, it is also necessary to learn ES6 systematically.
- After a rough study of PHP, you should have a general understanding of web background operations.
- The love for computer technology and the willingness to pay for my interests are also driven by curiosity. When I learn about interesting technologies, I want to learn, but I don’t study it. As a result, the original study plan was disrupted and new knowledge was not learned. Ultimately, it results in low learning efficiency.
- I am not good at expressing, I feel it is difficult to express my inner thoughts directly, and there may be communication barriers when working in a team.
- Algorithmic logic programming ability is weak, and sometimes feel helpless when dealing with mathematical logic operations. In the future, I intend to make up for my shortcomings by learning convenient knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
study plan
- Set a goal for yourself regularly, lay a solid foundation first, don’t study other things first, get rid of the habit of wanting to learn something when you see it, but not studying it.
- Control your relaxation time in lab life. Get rid of unnecessary entertainment, you can use this time to browse some technical blogs and news.
- Start to try to write your own blog, often summarize the problems you usually encounter, and start writing some technical tutorials when you have the ability. In this way, on the one hand, you can exercise your ability to express yourself, and on the other hand, you can add points to finding a job in the future. In response to the problem of self-expression ability, I will try my best to participate in the discussion and speak actively in the weekly regular meetings in the future, take each regular meeting seriously, and communicate with others more at the same time, do my own work in the future team projects, and learn team development.
- Focus on one direction, stick to one direction and go to the end before you have enough strength.
