After the download is complete, double-click the executable file, take the blogger as an example, double-click the downloaded "ideaIU-2016.3.5" executable file, and you will enter the "IntelliJ IDEA" installation page, as shown in the following figure:

Here, it needs to be explained that IntelliJ IDEA is installed in the "Program Files (x86)" directory of the C drive by default.
