loadrunner11 running scene error report compatibility problem window10

Win10, an error is reported when using the Controller. The reason is that win10 only supports 32 systems, and win7 is compatible with 32 bits, but win10 needs to manually modify the compatibility mode. The details are as follows: 
1. Run the controller and report an error: Initialization failed; communication error. 
Error (-81024): LR_VUG: The 'QTWeb' type is not supported on 'WIN32' platforms.

2. Right-click in the bin directory of LR-Properties-Compatibility Mode: Check the content in Compatibility Mode and select win7  . 3. Close the Controller, reopen it and run it again.
