Types of performance reports
1. Status report

3. Forecast report
The report states at what point the project is expected to happen, predicts the future performance and expected state of the project with various parameters, which helps track and allocate resources.
4. Trend Report
Trend reports can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual. From this report, you can see whether the trend of the project is getting better or worse.
5. Difference report
The report shows a comparison between planned progress and actual progress.
