When using anaconda, I always open the python3.6 version, and I have been groping for a while and I don't know how to change it. If you have the above problems, you can refer to the next steps.
First open anaconda, you will see an environment menu Environments on the left side of the home page, in the middle will list the various environment names that have been configured.
Click on the bottom layer of the middle part, we will see a create button, after clicking, we will see
Here we can see that we can both edit the environment name and select the python version. After creation, we can see that there is a package selection on the right.
If there is no installed package, we can click installed on the upper right to select All, then find the package we want, and follow it, such as the spyder you need
