One of ONLYOFFICE permission development

In addition to setting permissions in the background, in fact, referring to the official appearance, it is quite effective to set permissions directly on the document management interface.

step:

1. Select a document

2. Permissions

3. The permission setting modal box pops up

4. Select the permissions to be set, such as read-only, all permissions, comment, prohibit

5. Add a user, and a user list will pop up. This list has the permissions selected in the previous step.

6. You can also modify the permissions individually, then select some users, save them, and the users will be saved in the permission setting modal box.

7. Users, permissions and permissions can be modified individually in the permission setting modal box.

8. The steps for adding user groups are the same as above.
