A process record of net::err_connection_reset

Background: To develop a project on Baidu Maps, I use the API of Baidu Maps all day, and basically visit the following Baidu every once in a while.

Problem: In the afternoon, it was found that the webpage could not be opened when visiting domain names such as Baidu and Blog Park, while other uncommon websites opened normally;

Baidu did not find a reliable solution.

During this period, it was found that a web page that could not be opened before could be opened without making a network request for a period of time, but after multiple requests, the above phenomenon is the same.

   Doubt: The network IP is blocked due to multiple visits (Baidu has been to a similar statement).

Final solution: After restarting the computer, the problem was solved. (After restarting the IP to get a new allocation, it is not blocked? If so, why is the website blocking by IP instead of physical address?) I don’t know if it is the reason why the previous IP was blocked.
