Suspected error of Baidu Baike's "load effect" entry

Inquired about load effects today and found a place in Baidu Encyclopedia that puzzled me. As shown below

I don't think the output voltage should be a divider of R1, I thought it was my fault at first

Later, it was found that this example also appeared in other similar documents. As shown.

To sum up, if it is not my understanding, it should be Baidu Encyclopedia is wrong.
