Fund Basics

A tiered fund

Structured Fund, also known as "structured fund", refers to the decomposition of fund income or net assets under an investment portfolio.

A fund variety with two-level (or multi-level) risk-return performance with certain differentiated fund shares is formed. One of them is leveraged funds.

Its main feature is that fund products are divided into two or more types of shares, and different income distributions are given respectively.

The sum of the products of the net worth of each sub-fund of the tiered fund and the share ratio is equal to the net worth of the parent fund.

For example, the net value of the fund of funds split into two types of shares = the net value of the A-type sub-base XA share % + the net value of the B-type sub-base XB share %. If the fund of funds is not split, it is an ordinary fund itself. Details
