Build SVN server under Windows

1. Installation interface, various next steps

2. After the installation is complete, open VisualSVN Server Manager

3. Right-click on Repositories to create an SVN repository

4. Create a user under User, and use the Properties of Repositories to control all users/specified users

5. Right-click the project Copy URL to Clipboard, you can import the project in the local TortoiseSVN
