One side: over 50 minutes
First introduce yourself, then introduce the project.
Introduce the innovation points and implementation methods of the two papers.
Then the interviewer asked questions. The questions were very complex, including imagery, machine learning, and deep learning.
First, ask about graphics, explain graphics denoising, introduce several operators, canny operators, etc.; ask about sift features and hog features;
I asked the Hough transform and asked a question: How to find the pixel value of a certain area of the image? Is there a quick way? (This question sounds so cute to me) Ask if
How many areas are required? For example, the pixel values on 1000 areas are required. This part is over
Then I asked if I understand the machine learning algorithm, I pushed LR again, asked about SVM, and I should be able to answer if I have read the blue book and pushed it myself.
Then I asked the question of deep learning, how to deal with the problem of overfitting; the principle of batch norm was explained according to the paper, the principle of dropout; I asked GoogleNet, and talked about inception-resnet from inception-v1;
Asked why VGG uses a 3*3 convolution kernel; finally asked some image preprocessing methods.
In general, the interview is not very difficult, it is all basic questions, and I can basically answer them. After the interview, I was asked to go back and wait for news. Two hours later, HR called and asked to prepare the second side.
Second side: 30 minutes
I didn't ask any questions on the second side. After I introduced myself and introduced the project, I basically chatted.
The interviewer felt more sensitive to mathematics.
Asked about the connection and difference between svd and pca;
Asked about some optimization methods, SGD and Adam explained it again;
Later, I looked at my resume and asked about Hilbert space.
Finally, I asked a question, what do you think of the role or status of mathematics in this direction? ? ? ? ? ? Just blew a wave.
After the interview, he asked me to wait a moment. He went to contact HR and started the HR interview. He was a little happy when he heard this.

Nothing to share, just act like a normal person.
