The solution to webstorm's failure to link to SVN

Using WEBSTROM to upload code is very convenient, but when calling SVN through it, there are often problems. I have some problems when I use it to call TortoiseSVN. Fortunately, the problem has been solved, and now I will share the solution with you:
First of all, See if there are any errors in the installation steps, there is nothing special about the steps to install webstrom, just follow the next step.
Then, when installing TortoiseSVN, go to the next step in sequence. When you reach the following figure, select the item with the red cross and continue to the next step.

After the installation is complete, restart webstrom, and sometimes you may need to restart your computer.
When installing, pay attention to the difference between 32-bit and 64-bit, do not install the wrong version.
Then open webstorm and select File--settings--Version Control

Uncheck the two items on the right, click APPLY--OK, and you can upload or download through webstrom!
