Double-click setup.exe, a black cmd window appears, the conditions are met, but it just disappears; oui.exe also runs but no error message is reported and disappears...

Both setup.exe and oui.exe are run in compatible mode, and they are also run with administrator privileges (right-click --> Properties can set these two items at the same time), but it doesn't work.
