Ali non-technical post four rounds of face scriptures - metaphysics for offer

The landlord is a non-technical undergraduate, and also has a dream of a big factory. He has invested in major factories, Tencent (director face-to-face) - NetEase Games (HR face-to-face) - NetEase (director face-to-face) is not a small blow, and he has successfully finished with a lot of people. After the classmates communicated, they found that they had not died unjustly, and that they were not fully prepared, and even said that they were almost zero prepared.

It's a pity to waste several opportunities, so I prepared carefully when I met Ali, finished the process smoothly, shared my preparation experience, and asked for an offer from metaphysics.

LZ voted for Ali Entertainment, Youku's content operation-video position. After the written test on April 11, the interview notice was successfully received. The interview was completed a few days ago (one round of group interviews + two rounds of professional interviews + one round of cross interviews) , I don't know if there will be an HR interview in the future, but when I consulted the on-site HR, I said that I can go back and wait for the result...I don't know what it means.

#groupface

The group topic is to design a network communication plan for a TV variety show

The group I am in has many great leaders with first-line satellite TV internship experience and Tencent Video and other platforms. The atmosphere and rhythm of the discussion are also very good. The interviewer was very satisfied with the plan that finally came up. In the end, 8 people passed 5 and listened to Say that there are 8 people in other groups hanging 7 or something...

Ali's group face pays more attention to your contribution and the final result in the discussion, so don't forcibly disrupt the rhythm of the discussion and make some meaningless long speeches in order to express yourself, but still serve the final result. Being able to express your thoughts and ideas does not necessarily mean you can speak too much. Two graduate students in my group spoke once or twice throughout the whole process, but they pointed out the flaws we discussed sharply and gave solutions, and they all passed.

Role assignments are required, at least timekeepers and recorders are needed, but they are not used as a criterion for judging whether you are selected. Of course, if you can do your role well, it is also a plus point. Risks and opportunities coexist.

After reporting the plan, the interviewer asks a few questions about the plan, and everyone has the opportunity to answer. This is a very important opportunity. For students who did not perform well in the discussion, you must make good use of this opportunity to express your ideas and communicate with the interviewer!

#one side

On the one hand, it is professional, which mainly focuses on the basic business ability of content operation. The interviewer is the person in charge of Youku Variety Entertainment. The whole process is like chat, which is relatively easy (LZ's goal is clearly the direction of variety show operation)

1. Ask a few questions about the internship experience on your resume, mainly to understand your work and contributions in the internship

2. Understanding of variety shows, I asked which variety shows I liked the most, why, comparison of variety shows, etc.

3. Understanding of content operation (this question is in the mind, LZ has carefully prepared it, and it is divided into three levels from basic business to development goals. The interviewer said that he was surprised and began to pay attention to me)

4. After the exchange of the previous question, the atmosphere changed. I started chatting about the basic work of content operation, the workflow in Youku, how they operate variety shows, etc.

#two faces

The second side was still a professional interview. This time, I changed to a cold interviewer. There was no smile in the whole process.

1. I asked a few questions about my internship experience. This time, the requirements were more detailed, so detailed that I asked her to read the WeChat push articles I made, and some of the up masters were also asked to show her works.

2. What kind of capabilities do I think content operations need to have?

3. Overview and comparison of Youku's competing products, I feel that the three platforms have different styles of content operation (LZ was confused when asked here, although he was prepared but not so in-depth, so I refined the problem into : Let me give an example, how about a benchmarking variety show on a certain platform... It's easier to answer the questions that come back to the variety show that I know better)

4. What was the biggest setback I encountered during the internship experience, and how did I face and solve it?

#intersection

The cross-face is interviewed by the interviewer from the business department, mainly to reconfirm some previous things, and then ask some targeted questions based on the evaluation of the first two interviewers

1. In the first two interviews, the interviewers said that you are very fond of variety shows, and you are familiar with them. How do you reflect this?

2. Have you been watching any variety show recently? Tell me how about "Singer"? (When answering the question about "Singer", LZ cut in the character creation rather neatly, because this is also one of the tasks of content operation, and it is easier to answer. The suggestion is to always remind myself what position I am interviewing for, consciously up)

3. Ask some questions about the internship experience

....................................................................................................................................................................................

my preparation

After thinking about it carefully, I think that the interview involves three main subjects: the applicant, the employer, and the position.

So the first step is to fully understand these three subjects

Candidates: Self-awareness, core competitiveness, experience, etc. Everyone's resume has a lot of valuable things to dig into. Digging out even the most common campus activities can summarize the experience that is beneficial to the job.

Employer: What kind of platform is Youku? What are some successful works? The style and characteristics of content operation? Overview and comparison of competing products? ......

Position: Basic business, development trend, industry situation, capability requirements, classic cases and methodology of content operation (LZ has prepared four classic cases of content operation)

The second part is the relationship between the three subjects

Candidate-Employer: Why am I a good fit for this company?

Candidate-Position: Why am I a good fit for this job? (deep digging of own ability and experience)

Employer-Applicant: Why did this company choose me?

Employer-Position: What kind of content operation does Youku need?

Position-Applicant: What does content operation require of me?

Position-Employer: What kind of position is content operation in Youku? (understanding of the environment)

LZ's writing is relatively brief, it's just a framework. If you think about it carefully, you will find that every question is worth preparing and thinking about. This is not to say that you are lucky, but through these questions, you will have a systematic understanding. And the idea is clearer and more confident to go to the interview.

Finally, metaphysics ask for an offer! ! ! ! I wish you all the best of luck! ! ! !
