Problem: I can't open it suddenly when I use vs code, and I can't open it even after reinstalling vscode.
Repair method
method one,
Go to c:\Users\#YourUserName#\AppData\Roaming\ and delete the Code folder. #YourUserName# is your computer username or Administrator.
If you still can't restore, use method 2
Method two, (my use method two, return to normal)
run cmd as administrator
Execute the netsh winsock reset reset command.
