Although the name is Game Kit, Game Kit is not just for developing games. It provides developers with two very useful functions; point-to-point network transmission via Bluetooth using Bonjour, and in-app voice chat. Interestingly, the voice chat feature can be used on a variety of networks. Not just peer-to-peer network connections via Bluetooth.
