About the exception XmlException: Name cannot begin with the '<' character, hexadecimal value 0x3C" on Client Side when debugging WCF

Problem description: When using VS2015 to debug WCF, the name of the exception thrown by chance cannot start with the "<" character (hexadecimal 0x3c), and there is no problem when running (without debugging).

Solution: After checking, it is found that in order to check the location of the exception, the setting that triggers the common language runtime is checked, and the setting is unchecked.
