Ubuntu system---install WPS
The Ubuntu desktop system comes with Libreoffice office software, but I personally feel that it does not meet the usage habits of our Chinese. I searched for Office For Linux, which is very troublesome, and there will be problems. I will try it later. Recommendation: WPS office office software, completely free, also provides a Linux version, compared to many common software in China that only have Windows version, no Linux version, WPS software is worthy of praise.
Step 1: Download the installation package. Enter the WPS community (http://wps-community.org/downloads), or Baidu "WPS" to enter the official website (http://www.wps.cn/product/) to download the WPS For Linux version, according to your own computer 32-bit Or 64-bit download the corresponding i386 or amd64 version.
Note: Click "Linux" on the official website to enter WPS For Linux.
Step 2: Install. It can be installed using a command or using the Ubuntu Software Center interface.
1. Command installation.
Run the command directly in the terminal (refer to https://www.linuxidc.com/Linux/2017-07/145745.htm):sudo dpkg -i ~/wps-office_10.1.0.5707~a21_amd64.deb
There may be dependency problems, see the tips to solve them.
When I installed it was prompted that the package libpng12-0 was not installed
And after using the sudo apt-get -f install command, it still reports an error, just download libpng12-0 and install it directly
sudo dpkg -i ~
/libpng12-0_1.2.49-1+deb7u2_amd64.deb
Then install WPS, OK.
2, "Ubuntu Software Center" interface installation (refer to https://jingyan.baidu.com/article/27fa73268547f746f8271f82.html).
Open the file manager, go to the "Download" directory, and find the downloaded deb package. Double-click to open, and the "Ubuntu Software Center" is used to install this deb package by default.
Alternatively, we can also right-click and select "Open with Ubuntu Software Center", the effect is the same as above.
-
The password authentication window will also pop up, we enter the correct password and press Enter to continue.
-
At this point, the software installation begins. We can click the rotating progress button above to check it out.
-
When "Installed" appears in the Ubuntu Software Center, it means that the WPS software has been successfully installed.
-
We enter wps in Dash to search for this software. You will find that we have successfully installed: "WPS Text", "WPS Form", "WPS Presentation", which correspond to Word, Excel and PPT software in MicroOffice respectively.
