After the desktop of a domain user is restarted, it is restored to the initial installation state

Today, the desktop of a client computer was restarted and restored to the initial state. I looked at the path of the desktop file as c:/user/temp/desktop, and the normal path should be c:/user/domain username/desktop. My method of operation is to delete the user's information in the registry. Use the regedit command to open the registry, the path is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
The green box in the figure below is the information of users who have logged in to this computer. There are as many users as there are users who have used this computer. Line information, each line stores a user information. The user with the problem is like the one in the red box with a bak suffix. I didn't delve into the specific reason. I just deleted this line, and then restarted the computer and the user logged in again, and it returned to normal.
