Loss of drive letter after expansion of C drive is a common data recovery case. It should be noted that after expanding C drive, do not rebuild a new partition after the drive letter is lost. Step 1: After opening the Baidu search and download program, double-click the partition to be restored, then decompress it, right-click the software icon, and select the "Run as Administrator" software.
Step 2: After the program is opened, directly double-click the physical disk to be recovered. If the partition is accidentally deleted, data needs to be recovered from the physical disk.
Step 3: Sit back and wait for the program scan to complete. It takes an average of several minutes to half an hour.
Step 4: The software will quickly put the found data into the "Recovered Partition" directory.
Step 5: Check the files you want to recover, and then click Save in the upper right corner, the "File Save" button, and copy the checked files.
Step 6: The last step is just waiting for the program to copy the files and it's done.
Note 1: If you want to restore the C drive after the expansion, you need to pay attention to the loss of the drive letter. Do not rebuild a new partition before the data is restored.
Note 2: The data recovered from the loss of the drive letter needs to be temporarily saved to another drive.
