Data collection is a complex process. In many cases, data collection is "all-in-one". "Multi" refers to many data providers, and "one" is the database of collected data; for example, I want to do an agricultural and rural area. For the information database, information may be obtained through the Bureau of Agriculture, the Bureau of Industry and Commerce, the Bureau of Planning, the Bureau of Land and Resources, etc., and then aggregated into an agricultural and rural information database.
If we use excel to collect data, the first method: send a "big table" in a pre-designed format to each department to fill in, so filling in the data will be very confusing ( for example: the data of cooperatives are available in the Bureau of Agriculture and the Bureau of Industry and Commerce, but Their totals are not the same. The data collected in the end cannot be determined from the Bureau of Industry and Commerce or from the Bureau of Agriculture ). In order to avoid confusion, use the second method: split the "big table" we designed in advance into "small tables" that each unit can fill in. When the "small table" is aggregated into a "big table", it will increase a lot of workload.
Controlling the filling function of different users can play its role well. We set the "big table" setting to control filling by different users. As shown in the figure below, we want the people's government to fill in the orange part, the Land and Resources Bureau to fill in the green part, and the police station to fill in the yellow part.
Next we set the scope and password for each zone using "Allow users to edit zones". As shown in the figure below After
setting , continue to use the protection worksheet function, we will send the corresponding password to each department, so that they can only fill in the content we set for them.
If the password is incorrect, it cannot be filled in.
