Initialize a SpringBoot project with Spring Initializr

While the SpringBoot CLI eliminates a lot of setup work, if you prefer a traditional Java project structure, then you should take a look at Spring Initializr.

Spring Initializr is essentially a web application that generates the SpringBoot project structure for you. There are four usages of Spring Initializr:

1. Use via web interface
2. Used by spring tool suite
3. Use with IntelliJ IDEA
4. Use via SpringBoot CLI
