How to display the classes folder in WEB-INF in STS

1. Right-click the src folder under Java Resource and select the build path option.

2. Set the Default output folder to WEB-INF/classes.

3. Click the downward triangle icon (View menu) in the upper right corner of the Project Explorer,

view menu-->filters and customization, search for java output folders in filters, remove the check in front of java output folders to display the classes folder.
