In the past few years, when dealing with process management, vertical flow charts were usually used, and vertical flow charts could not match activities with positions.
The recently implemented customs system has encountered this problem. It was implemented in April 2017 and is expected to be launched at the end of April 2018. I started to take over this project after the Spring Festival of 2018. According to the status at the time of taking over, it is expected to be delayed for two months. . The flow chart is mainly discussed here, and the part of project management is not introduced.
Now that the project has entered the stage of unit testing and integration testing, here comes the problem.
Since there is only a vertical flow chart when the project is planned, and some details are not clear, therefore, it is not known which position will operate some activities, and there is no basis for reference when initializing permissions.
If the LOVEM flow chart is used, these problems should be solvable.
In the past two years, I have focused on learning the process management system, and I have also been exposed to the LOVEM flow chart. All Huawei internal flow charts adopt the LOVEM standard.
There is little information about LOVEM on the Internet, and there are no related books. Therefore, I used the information on the Internet to make my own PPT training course for the training of internal consultants in the department.
